Discover the two digital account management solutions available to you as a Business Cardholder, according to your account structure and business needs:

CardWise

CardWise is a simple and secure digital card management tool designed to support the day-to-day needs for your business credit card account. Available as a mobile app (CardWise Mobile) and an online platform (cardwiseonline.ca). Business cardholders on an Individual Pay Structure** can register for an experience all features and benefits of CardWise, such as:

  • View your account details at a glance, including balance and recent transactions.

  • Customize card controls and alerts within a variety of categories – location, region, merchant category, merchant type, and more.

  • Push card details to Apple Pay or Google Pay from within the App.

  • View your card details for eCommerce transactions (this includes your card number, expiration, and CVV) all within the platform securely using step-up authentication.

  • View enriched transaction details and history.

MyCardInfo:

MyCardInfo (MCI) is a secure online platform that supports the administrative needs of your business account. Business cardholders on a Consolidated Pay Structure** are encouraged to use MCI for their more complex business needs, including:

  • View your current balance and available credit.
  • Track, manage and redeem your rewards.
  • View card transaction history
  • Dispute a suspicious transation.
  • Set up automatic monthly payments.
  • Make a one-time card payment.
  • Sign up for paperless eStatements.
  • Sign up for fraud alerts
  • Alert us when you'll be travelling or when you expect unusual volume of card activity

Accessing MyCardInfo  

  1. Go to collabriacreditcards.ca
  2. Type in the name of your financial institution
  3. Click the Sign Up/Log In button in the top-right corner
